$100K Lead value generated within four hours Campaign result
Situation
A Prairie building-supply retailer was spending heavily on flyers, radio, and signage with no way to tie a single sale to any of it, and a specific customer segment they couldn't be sure they were reaching at all.
Solution
Without adding budget, spend was shifted to our full-service program: video ads, a dedicated landing page for their building packages, and automated follow-up, with every click, quote request, and call tracked from first impression to sale.
Results
- $100,000 in lead value within four hours of campaign launch
- Precise audience targeting by age, interests, and region, finally reaching the segment they wanted
500+ Pre-qualified leads from targeted Meta campaigns Demand created
Situation
A federally funded program needed qualified small-business applicants at national scale, and we ran the campaign on our own stack, with real expenses and outcomes on the table.
Solution
Meta video ads into lead forms, a qualification landing page with video, then automated text and email sequences that pre-qualified each lead and booked appointments without manual chasing.
Results
- 500+ pre-qualified leads on a $6,000 ad spend
- High engagement, low cost per click, appointments booked automatically
- The same system we sell, proven on our own pipeline first
<$10 Lead cost on a building-material campaign Efficiency
Situation
A family building-materials firm in a major metro market wanted qualified leads for building-material sales. Buyers, not browsers.
Solution
Reading a Google search as the strongest ready-to-buy signal, we ran search ads that appear only at the top of results, only to the target audience, only in the target area, so the brand shows up at the exact moment its offering is being sought.
Results
- 39 calls, emails, and website engagements at under $10 each
- New prospects driven to the site at a low cost per click, and pipeline handed to the sales team
3.18× Attributed return on ad spend Performance
Situation
An Ontario boutique fitness brand was getting results from Meta ads but couldn't tell whether reported performance was true new-customer acquisition or inflation from returning members and loose attribution.
Solution
A disciplined acquisition strategy: clear trial and introductory offers, simplified conversion paths, and deliberately conservative attribution. Existing customers excluded, conversions counted only when a first-time buyer purchased directly from the campaign.
Results
- 3.18x return on ad spend under conservative attribution
- Clean visibility into true acquisition performance
- Budget and scaling decisions made on decision-grade data, not inflated dashboards
Costs down Fintech-as-a-service firm, process transformation: costs down, ROI target exceeded Digital transformation
Situation
A collaborative-banking fintech-as-a-service firm ran on manual data consolidation, reporting, and analysis: expensive, slow, and blind to real-time market changes, with non-standardized reporting creating ambiguity.
Solution
A digital operations overhaul: ERP integration to automate data flow, standardized reporting templates, customizable real-time dashboards, self-service report generation, and robust data governance and security.
Results
- Substantial cost savings and revenue growth, exceeding ROI expectations
- Customers gained real-time access to critical insights with custom reporting
- A follow-on process-management program targeted a further reduction in operating costs
Sales up Home-construction and retail company: operations, sales and ROI up Digital transformation
Situation
A custom home-construction and building-supply retail company dominated its local market but ran on unorganized processes, an unfinished website, and services scattered across locations. Coordination was eating the margin.
Solution
A comprehensive digital adoption plan: a modern POS system with real-time analytics, construction management and CRM software, a revitalized lead-generating website, and a new e-commerce platform with live pricing and availability.
Results
- Streamlined operations, manual processes sharply reduced
- Online visibility, customer interaction, and sales all climbed
- Better inventory management and a noticeable improvement in ROI
2× Reviews doubled for a decor brand on one contest campaign Awareness
Situation
A high-end decor brand with superior products and white-glove service sat off the beaten path: low foot traffic and limited awareness, despite excellent reviews from the customers who did find it.
Solution
A strategic contest campaign on their modern e-commerce site. Participants could win a popular item by engaging with social channels, online listings, and leaving reviews, one mechanic driving traffic to both the website and the physical store.
Results
- Reviews doubled, boosting local SEO and credibility
- All-time-high website traffic during the campaign
- Social following up 76%, a larger engaged community of potential customers

What does Web Conductors do?
Web Conductors is a digital planning, marketing, and automation agency based in Barrie, Ontario, operating since 2015. We build complete lead-generation systems for service businesses: strategy, paid ads, landing pages, video, and automated follow-up, run through our own WC3 platform.
What is WC3?
WC3 is our sales and marketing automation platform: CRM, instant SMS and email follow-up, nurture sequences, pipeline management, and real-time reporting in one system. It sits behind every program we run.
Which industries do you work with?
We've generated leads for construction and renovation, building supply, HVAC and trades, fitness, retail, health, and B2B services. If your business books appointments or takes calls, the route fits.
Why not just buy leads from a broker?
Because a lead broker charges per lead and sells the same name to several of your competitors. You're racing strangers for a shared prospect. Our lead generation program runs your own campaigns instead: you own the ads, the data, and every lead exclusively, under flat, transparent management. The system builds your pipeline and your brand, not a broker's.
Can we hire you for just one service?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with a single service, most often paid ads or a landing page. But leads convert best when the pieces hand off to each other, so we'll always show you where the route breaks if a piece stays unmanned, and you decide what to add and when.
What does it cost, and am I locked in?
Lead generation is quoted flat to your market and goals: transparent, upfront pricing with no per-lead fees and no hidden costs. There are no long-term contracts. Start or stop anytime, and everything the program builds stays yours. A quote starts with a short call.
Do I need to learn new tech?
No. We set it up, customize it to your flow, and support your team every step of the way. We'll also import your existing contacts, from spreadsheets, your inbox, or your point-of-sale, then segment and tag them so you start working smarter on day one.
Will automated follow-up annoy my customers?
No. WC3 follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): opt-ins are set up properly, unsubscribes are managed automatically, and messaging is value-first. You reach only people who've given consent, and you look professional, compliant, and helpful at every step.
How long before lead generation produces conversations?
Ads and landing pages usually go live inside two to three weeks, and first enquiries typically arrive in the first days of spend. The honest answer on volume takes about 90 days: that is long enough to learn which audiences, offers, and follow-up sequences carry people all the way to a booked appointment.
What happens to a lead the moment it comes in?
WC3 replies within seconds by text and email, tries to book the appointment, and keeps nurturing anyone who does not answer. Your team is notified straight away, and the parts that need a person, the call, the quote, the walkthrough, stay with a person.
Do you write the ads, pages, and follow-up, or do we?
We do. Strategy, copy, creative, landing pages, video, and the follow-up sequences are all built here, then reviewed with you before anything goes live. You keep every asset.
Can you connect our point of sale, inventory, and online store?
Yes. That is the core of our commerce work: counter hardware, point of sale, stock counts, and your Shopify store working from one source of truth, with orders and payouts flowing through to QuickBooks or Xero so month-end ties out.
Do you install the hardware, or just the software?
Both. We spec, install, and configure terminals, scanners, printers, cash drawers, and payment devices, in store and on the road for trade shows and pop-ups, then configure the software and the integrations behind them.
We already have a Shopify store. Can you still help?
Yes, and it is often where the fastest gains are. As Shopify Partners we audit the theme, the checkout, the apps, and above all the product data, then clean, enrich, and normalize the catalogue so the store, the shop floor, and the shopping campaigns all describe the same product.
Do you run shopping campaigns as well as build the store?
Yes. As a Google Partner with Meta experience, we run Shopping, Performance Max, and social campaigns off the same clean feed we maintain for the store. Catalogue work and ad work are one job, not two vendors.
Does WC3 replace our current CRM?
Usually, yes, and most clients are glad to retire two or three tools at once. If you have a system you cannot leave, we integrate with it instead. Either way we import your contacts, segment and tag them, and keep the pipeline in one place.
Who owns the data in WC3?
You do. Your contacts, conversations, and reporting are yours, exportable at any time. If you ever stop working with us, you leave with everything.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?
Yes. We're based in Barrie, Ontario, and run campaigns for service businesses and retailers across Canada and North America. Everything is managed digitally, with reporting you can open from anywhere.
